Great series love it.

Good read, the connection between the lovers needs time to develop, but it is a good start. I enjoyed the discovery of each of these characters. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes.

This series is a bit darker than with Drocco. Malloran is more twisted, but not as bad as I thought. He makes a deal with Amara to protect the other Omegas. He had bad plans for them regardless. Thanx to Drocco he realizes they've been there for a while.

He uses her body and her Omega body wants him even without the filters.

But .....when she undergoes a procedure to save him from losing his limbs, she loses her sight and all her Omega instincts are super charged.

I didnt think it was possible for the author to redeem Malloran, he was awful. Boy, was I wrong. This trilogy was soooo good.

Book 1 was OK. I mean the story is just beginning and we have to see how things will sort out. Different setting, different king and heroine, there is nothing similar to the first series (which, of course, is a very positive aspect, it means that the author has quite an imagination!). 3 stars because Malloron gave me the creeps with his magic etc. and I think he's an a****e, LOL.

So far, this is actually my favorite book in the entire Myth of Omega series. I like Malloron and Amara. I found the magic elements more engaging, and Malloron. Also Malloron. If you're like me, and found the Crave books a bit slow, imo it's worth reading them to get to this book.

I think I prefer Reign to Ruin because it had the morally ambiguous anti-hero that I like reading about. Malloron is a darker character than Drocco. I could feel his crazy devotion to the heroine though, and I think readers who like reading about anti-heroes who are obsessive about the heroine will like this book.

This was a great new direction for the series to take. This also had a fun bodice-ripperesque trope that I like reading about, a spy/courtesan theme. Overall this an engaging book in the Omegaverse genre, and that cliffhanger! I'm now immediately moving on to the next book.

Read this Series Twice, thats how amazing it is!!!! Firstly, Zoey Ellis is an amazing Omegaverse writer!! I have read all of her books and they were all purchased and read in July so I practically inhaled them. I love all of the Men however Malloron is my favorite!!! Hes snarky, cocky, Kingly, Arrogant, Sexy and Brutal!!!! OMG and his Humor is too die for!!! Zoey Ellis writes an interesting story thats not Boring. Its magical, intelligent and definitely addictive. I cant wait to see whats next on her agenda and pray its not a long wait. But know this there are only maybe Five authours that are great at Omegaverse and Zoey is One of the Five!!

After reading the first 3 books I have come to hate Mallrom (probably spelled wrong). I hope he suffers and suffer in the worst way.
Ok now on to the book. I absolutely love all the books I have read in The Myth of Omega series. If your looking for a steamy read this is the series for you.

Enjoyed the climatic rollercoaster. Malloron and Amara are a challenging pair. Amara determined to discover the secrets. Mallory determined to have his life protected.. The words any means necessary applied to Malloron. Challenging circumstances occur with Amara and Malloron. Read to find the continuing outcome.

This book took me a little longer to read but I got to the end and wow! I wish I hadn’t waited because that was insane!!
Secret spy, lover, Queen to be, missing Omega?
Alpha, King, ruthless and unforgiving... whatever will become of dear old Mal?
Only time will tell! And the next book!

Complex characters, crazy imagery! Lots of twists and turns... oh heat, heat and more heat!-love it-
Would I recommend? Hell yes!

All I can say is Zoey Ellis is one steamy writer. I like to start a book one in a series just so I can know all the characters and I will say this about this series is you won't be disappointed. Malloron is a alpha baddass that you want to tell at and/or wonder if he redeemable. Amara is trying to save her sisters and complete her mission. This book will keep you turning the pages. My only suggestions is read the first three book first so you can understand the other characters. A must read series.

SO GOOD!! I really didnt want to like Malloren, from reading the first 3 books of this series, but you cant help but fall in love with him. The way Amara opens him up and makes him see more of himself, the more you just crave to watch them grow together.

I got a arc copy of this book and it was beyond amazing. This story is definitely addictive, I couldn't put it down. It's so powerful and sinful and it just blows you away.

Reign to Ruin is book four in this addictive Omegaverse series.
This particular instalment centres on Alpha King Malloron of Eiros and the Omega Amara a spy masquerading as a servant within the royal castle.
My first experience with this author but definitely won't be my last as this was such fantastically engrossing stuff.
So after Amara is discovered by the king red-handed the two strike a bargain though somewhat reluctantly on Amari's behalf and as a result, Amara finds herself at the mercy of not just Malloron's twisted desires but also that of her own awakening appetites.
So these two were certainly at loggerheads throughout.
I thought Malloron himself used his way of taking Amara: restrained and at his mercy, as a way to create distance between them both and to keep things as impersonal as possible.
fooling himself into a misguided sense of control over the entire situation.
This also, in my opinion, started off quite slow: but building momentum as the story unfolded.
So, questions I now have after finishing this:
Is Malloron quite what he seems?
What's the deal with the children in the red dungeon?
There is so much mystery surrounding events here and I for one can't wait to discover more.
I will also say this wasn't quite as dark as I was originally expecting: it had its moments but had so much light to counterbalance the darker tones and the relationship between Malloron and Amara was a good mix his dark against her naive lighter nature.
Ultimately counterbalancing each other.
On a final note that cliffhanger: what a doozy: it was very unexpected (though in hindsight).
Fear, not folks part two is already out and the final episode releases very shortly.
This is a really strong start to Malloron and Amara's journey can't wait to see what happens next.

Finding out that the beta historian he has hired to help him find Omegas is in fact an Omega, the Alpha punishes her. A dark beginning to a love story that riveted me.

OH my my my my......How sweet it is to have a taste of something so sinfully delicious as Zoey's writing! :) I normally don't read this genre of romance but, let me say I am hooked, line, and sinker! It's full of plenty dark, sexy, wicked, panty melting, yum, yum, and yummmm moments. Malloron and Amara's sex life is definitely not generic nor repetitive in a sense compared to the previous books. I thoroughly enjoyed the ingenuity Zoey had with her sexy time scenes. :) The relationship between the two may at times be questionable but I love how they both maintain their characteristics that make them each so unique. They both may have changed somewhat in order to compromise but, it strengthens their partnership. I highly recommend reading this series but be warned there are dreadful.......cliffhangers!

Loved it just as much as the Crave to Conquor books. Malloran is a more reasonable alpha than Drocco. Real potential for a HEA in this book however more drama hits with the second book which I also loved!

Well written thriller but not my thing. It cannot be read as a standalone. Ends with a cliffhanger and takes off where where the previous finishes. I have not read the previous ones so I missed out on a lot.
But what I read is well written and has drama, thrill and passion in it.

I did not read the previous books but since this was a new couple you are pretty much starting a new story. I really liked reading this book. Malloron and Amara both had their preconceived notions about each other that kept getting in the way of the, understanding one another. Malloron was not willing to reveal everything which ending up costing them in the end.

I loved this book! It kept me reading. Once I started, I didn't want to stop. I was so engrossed that I didn't pay attention to the battery level on my Kindle, and it died on me!! I like that I'm still wondering about things. This couple is very different from Drocco and Cailyn. The way things have developed between them is different, which is what kept me so engaged with this book. I don't know what's going to happen next. So NOT predictable. Can't wait to keep reading!

Wow...was not sure I would like this book, I went back and forth....so I 1 checked and behold I read the whole thing in 1 sitting. I enjoy these Alpha and Omega stories, both are strong but The Alpha will get what he wants. In the other books you knew the Alpha loved is Omega, not so much in this one, but I'm betting in the next one he will show more to Amaria. Great read:))

This is a well written story of King Malloron and Amara. This was a man who was use to being in control of everything around him. Then he happens upon Amara and he was intrigued by her. Her fire and hatred for him drove him crazy with desire for her and wanted her. After reading this book it makes me want to read the next one so I can see what happens next with the two of them.

Daammnn! Malloran and Amara are so dang hot! I highlighted so many quotes in this text. I kind of wish I could wait until the series Is completed then I could read it all the way through. There are some intriguing plot twists. This story is way different than Drocco and Cailyns story. Amara is a fighter and refuses to let him get away with his shenanigans. I have questions galore. What is going on in the red dungeon? Will we see the Omegas again? What about Drocco and Cailyn? What is going to happen with the alpha and the gamma. I need more information on the gamma dynamic. I thought it couldn’t get any better. I WAS WRONG! I highly recommend. I did miss the alpha purr.

UGH, I hate cliffhangers. I was so wrapped up in this story I didn't realize I was at the end. I truly enjoyed this story. It was very well written. Amara is one tough cookie considering she's an Omega. Oh and King Malloron is one hot and kinky male. I will get the next two books asap, I need to know the rest of the story. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up.

Not really my cup of tea This book couldn't really keep my interest. I couldn't really tell you why other than it's not really my thing.

Slow to start and found myself putting it down several times. But once I really got into it, couldn't stop reading till the end.

Extremely cruel anti-hero but incredibly delicious if you are looking for that sort.

Bring on the next book!

Starts out great like #1. Devolves into obviously bad decisions and Stockholm syndrome a little too quickly. Unfortunate.
