Digital products

Zoey Ellis Books has a 48 hr return policy for ebooks, which means you have 2 days after purchasing your item to request a refund.

To start a return, please email support [at] zoeyellisbooks.com using the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for refund.

In cases of abuse, refunds may be denied. All returns are at the discretion of Zoey Ellis Books.

Physical products

Due to logistics, Zoey Ellis Books does not offer refunds for physical products such as paperbacks and hardbacks. Please ensure you purchase carefully by reading the blurb, content/trigger warnings, and excerpts.

Sales Bundles

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and discount items such as bundles.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and provide a refund. Please contact us with the details and images of the damage and we will provide further instruction.
