Digital Products

By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that once delivery begins, you may lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase where permitted by applicable law.

Zoey Ellis Books offers a 48-hour refund policy for ebooks. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

To request a refund, please email support@zoeyellisbooks.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of our refund policy.

Physical Products

If you change your mind about a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting support@zoeyellisbooks.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and free from damage, excessive wear, markings, or signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may be reduced or refused if returned items show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and include photographs of the issue where possible. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items are non-refundable:

• Gift cards

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded, this policy will be interpreted subject to those rights.
