These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:
Credit Card; PayPal; ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods are delivered instantly by an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.
Print books are delivered by shipping from BookVAULT. Shipping time can be from 1 – 3 days for UK orders, 5 – 10 days for US orders, and 3 – 5 days for European orders.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds
Zoey Ellis' books contain potentially disturbing material and are for 18+ readers only. Please read the blurb, content/trigger warnings, and excerpts before purchase.
Digital products
By purchasing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that once delivery begins, you may lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase where permitted by applicable law.
Zoey Ellis Books has a 48 hr return policy for Ebooks, which means you have 2 days after purchasing your item to request a refund.
To start a return, please email support [at] zoeyellisbooks.com using the subject "Returns" and include your name, order number, and reason for refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we reasonably believe there has been misuse of our refund policy.
Physical products
Please ensure you purchase carefully by reading the blurb, content/trigger warnings, and excerpts.
If you change your mind about a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting support@zoeyellisbooks.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and free from damage, excessive wear, markings, or other signs of use.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may be reduced or refused if returned items show signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt and include photographs of the issue. Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded, this policy will be interpreted subject to those rights.
